Chef and seasoned forager Karl Holl believes food is essential nourishment for the body and soul. Food that’s foraged, grown or raised by one's own hands is the ultimate expression of connectivity to the earth. In celebrating this connection to our natural surroundings, a strong community can be fostered.

Today, Karl is the chef at Brasada Ranch in Central Oregon, where he lives with his wife and daughter. He is also the founder of Forager Goods & Co. and has held positions at notable restaurants before starting his own ventures.

Summer Supper Series at Cave Creek Farm

Join us at the farm for our Summer Supper Series - an intimate backyard dinner collaboration with some of our favorite chefs, bounty from our gardens, and incredible friends - all under a starry sky. These wildly talented humans are bringing their love to you on the farm in the form of food; but they are also changemakers, mothers, fathers, health nuts, entrepreneurs, lovers, foragers, activists, nutritionists, travelers, story tellers, and so much more. We are so happy that each one of them agreed to share their gifts with all of us.

Details

The Summer Supper Series is a seasonal, coursed meal that showcases the quality of ingredients from the farm and the talents of our guest chefs.

Dinner will include a refreshing herbal mocktail upon arrival and 2 glasses of beer, wine or kombucha from the horse trailer bar during the meal. All additional beverages must be purchased. Tea and coffee will be available with dessert.

Cave Creek Farmhouse and Glamping Tents available for those who wish to stay over.
