Jason Barwikowski grew up in the Midwest, and was always drawn to the Wild West. He spent much of his culinary career in Portland putting the place on the map, before moving to the Gorge with his amazing family. He currently is the chef at Hiyu Wine Farm, and works with sommelier Nate Ready to create unique farm to fork and vineyard to glass experiences for guests.

He loves to dress up for Halloween, and encourages everyone to spice it up for the last supper of the season at the farm.

Summer Supper Series at Cave Creek Farm

Join us at the farm for our Summer Supper Series - an intimate backyard dinner collaboration with some of our favorite chefs, bounty from our gardens, and incredible friends - all under a starry sky. These wildly talented humans are bringing their love to you on the farm in the form of food; but they are also changemakers, mothers, fathers, health nuts, entrepreneurs, lovers, foragers, activists, nutritionists, travelers, story tellers, and so much more. We are so happy that each one of them agreed to share their gifts with all of us.

Details

The Summer Supper Series is a seasonal, coursed meal that showcases the quality of ingredients from the farm and the talents of our guest chefs.

Dinner will include a refreshing herbal mocktail upon arrival and 2 glasses of beer, wine or kombucha from the horse trailer bar during the meal. All additional beverages must be purchased. Tea and coffee will be available with dessert.

6pm to 9pm - Supper Service

Cave Creek Farmhouse and Glamping Tents available for those who wish to stay over.
