Jay Buoncristiani is the Director of Winemaking at Buoncristiani Family Winery. After a years of winemaking at home and experience at The Hess Collection Winery, Jay started Buoncristiani Family Winery with his three brothers. The Buoncristiani brothers are bonded not only by blood, but also by a shared passion, vision, and dedication for handcrafting ultra premium wines that accentuate the enjoyment of life. Our favorite chef here at the farm, Paige Common, will be crafting dishes that pair perfectly with the wines. Jay’s wines have earned high regards from the wine industry’s foremost critics.
